Wholesale Policy

Shipping

All shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the retailer. Shipping fees are not included at checkout — after your order is placed, actual shipping costs will be calculated based on weight and destination and invoiced separately. Orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Montebello, Quebec, Canada. Wööl Emporium de Laine is not liable for delays, damages, or losses incurred during transit. Retailers are encouraged to arrange appropriate shipping insurance.

Taxes & Duties

All applicable taxes, import duties, customs fees, and any other government-imposed charges are the sole responsibility of the retailer. Wööl Emporium de Laine will not be held liable for any additional costs incurred at the point of entry into the destination country or region. It is the retailer's responsibility to comply with all local import regulations.

Minimum Orders

A minimum order of 10 packs is required per order.

Payment Terms

All wholesale orders require full prepayment before processing and shipment. Orders will not be fulfilled until payment has been received and confirmed.

Returns & Exchanges

Wholesale orders are final sale unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.

Account Approval

Wholesale accounts are subject to approval. Wööl Emporium de Laine reserves the right to refuse or terminate wholesale relationships at its discretion.
