Shipping policy

 

We will ship your order within three to five business days (often sooner!). If an item is out of stock or if there is a question about your order, we will contact you via email and/or telephone. Please note that, unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that do not arrive. International orders may be subject to customs and other fees.

For delivery within Canada:

Cost of Shipping will be added to your order automatically. For orders of more than $150 before taxes – FREE SHIPPING!

For delivery to the Continental US:

Cost of Shipping will be added to your order automatically.

For International delivery including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico:

Cost of Shipping will be added to your order automatically.

Sales Tax

Sales taxes are based on the shipping address of your order within Canada. Sales taxes are not applied to US and other international orders.
